Course Overview
Water Warrior Training is a self-paced, video-guided course that teaches the principles of aquatic-based strength and conditioning. Water offers natural resistance and joint offloading, making it one of the most effective — and most underused — training environments for building strength without the pounding of land-based training.
Built and taught by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, this course walks you through the biomechanics of water-based movement, progressive strength protocols, and how to safely program aquatic training for yourself or the people you coach.
